SAN JOSE – Flex reported fiscal third quarter 2022 net sales were $6.6 billion, a decrease of 1.5% year-over-year.
For the period ended Dec. 31, the electronics manufacturer reported net income of $227 million, an increase of 9.1% compared to the prior year quarter. Operating income was $251 million, up 4.6%.

For the fiscal fourth quarter, Flex expects revenue of $6.2 billion to $6.6 billion and GAAP operating income of $215 million to $255 million.
For fiscal 2022, the revenue forecast is $25.4 billion to $25.8 billion.
