TAIPEI – Foxconn reported May revenue of NT$497.8 billion (US$16.9 billion), up 9.4% year-over-year and 2.3% sequentially, according to reports, the highest revenue for May in the company’s history.
Growth was attributed to smart consumer electronics, cloud-based and networking products, and improved supply chain management.
For the January through May period, revenue grew 4.1% year-over-year to NT$2.4 trillion.
The firm’s outlook is subject to developments involving the pandemic, geopolitical situations and inflation.
