WILLIAMSPORT, PA — Spartronics' new electronic contract manufacturing facility in Binh Duong City, Vietnam will be opening for production in December.

The company said the new facility will offer 270,000 sq. ft. of space – a significant increase from the current 60,000 sq. ft facility – for manufacturing commercial airspace, medical, life science, and industrial applications, giving new and current customers the space to expand. The new building will offer the same technical and manufacturing capabilities the current facility offers, but on a much larger scale.

The new building has received the necessary governmental clearance to move into the building, with half of the company's office staff having already moved. The next phase of the move is set to begin on the first week of November as the company moves in its equipment under strict review and preparation to ensure all equipment is properly calibrated after the move. The calibration is slated for completion by the third week of November, with the facility scheduled to begin production in December.
