STOCKHOLM – Mycronic announced fourth quarter net sales of SEK1.5 billion ($143 million), a 16% increase from the fourth quarter of 2021.

For the full year, Mycronic saw a 10% increase in net sales to total SEK5.1 billion ($487 million), and the company projects 2023 net sales of SEK5.5 billion ($526 million).

"The end of the year was characterized by record order intake, which increased 105 percent in the fourth quarter, driven by a fantastic development in Pattern Generators," said Mycronic President and CEO Anders Lindqvist. "The order intake resulted in a record order backlog, which provides a solid base for our work going forward. The Group’s net sales were also the best ever, after an increase of 16%, with Pattern Generators, High Flex and High Volume contributing to the development. EBIT strengthened to SEK262 million, corresponding to an EBIT margin of 18%."
