BELLA VISTA, AUSTRALIA – Australian electronics manufacturer Circuitwise has enlisted E&P Corporate Advisory to search for a private equity backer to help fund growth and manage succession.

Circuitwise was founded by Roz and Greg Ross in 1987, and manufactures complex and mission critical printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) that go into electronic equipment used by medical device makers, aerospace and defense, telecommunications and the power and infrastructure sectors. The Ross’ daughter, Serena Ross, has been CEO for the past three years and is said to be focused on growing the company's footprint.

Circuitwise hired E&P Corporate Advisory’s dealmakers to help find a new backer, and is understood to be offering a controlling stake and a party that could help bankroll the company's organic and inorganic growth plans. E&P sent a flyer last week to potential investors outlining the business and what it was looking for in a new backer. The flyer said Circuitwise expected about $33.6 million revenue and $9.4 million EBITDA in the 2024 financial year, with high visibility on future revenue.
