SON, NETHERLANDS – Neways has announced the acquisition of Sencio, a microsystems company based in Nijmegen, Netherlands, that specializes in advanced packaging for smart sensing and actuation applications.
The acquisition further solidifies Neways’ position in microelectronics technology, the company said in a release. Sencio will continue to operate under the brand Neways Advanced Microsystems and operate out of its current facilities in Nijmegen.
