SAINT HERBLAIN, FRANCE – Lacroix reported revenue of €129.5 million ($140.5 million) for its Electronics segment in the second quarter, down 9.1% year on year.
For the first half of the year, Electronics revenue came to €268.1 million ($291 million), down 9.1% on 2023. The company said its revenues suffered from a high basis of comparison for the quarter, as its growth reached 13% in the second quarter of 2023, driven by a strong recovery in sales after several quarters of disruption due to shortages of electronic components. The unfavorable base effect will not last beyond the first half of the year, it said.
As a whole, Lacroix's revenue of €169.2 million ($183.6 million) was down 4.4% compared to last year's second quarter.
