TAIPEI – Qisda reported revenue of NT$49.9 billion ($1.5 billion) for the first quarter, down 4% from the previous year.

For the first half of the year, the company's revenue dropped 6% to NT$96.8 billion ($2.96 billion).

The company said it has a positive outlook for its revenue in the second half of the year compared with the first half, and it expects shipments of IT products, industrial computers and networking and communications devices to show steady increases quarter-on-quarter.
