SENAI, MALAYSIA – VS Industry will remain on a growth track in 2025 on the back of its leadership in trade diversion and ongoing contract discussions, according to a report from UOB Kay Hian (UOBKH) Research.
VS' shift in its main customer direction will also open new opportunities for the company. "We gather that there have been operational shifts that have fostered higher levels of integration among the major contract manufacturers," the report said. "This transformation has enabled VS to gain increased traction with the customer, offering enhanced supply chain flexibility and a broader product range."
After expanding its geographical footprint across Asia, VS is positioned to cross-sell its new capabilities into new markets to drive stronger margin growth and increase its success in securing multi-site job tenders.
"The recent win of two new product lines is a clear testament to this progress," the report said.
