DALLAS – StenTech and BlueRing Stencils today announced a strategic merger, bringing together two of the leading suppliers of stencils for printed circuit board assembly.
Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
The merged entity will offer SMT stencil, pallet, tooling and parts manufacturing across North America.

According to a statement issued by the companies, the strategic integration "significantly expands R&D and engineering expertise" for stencil technology. The deal offers streamlined manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency and delivering greater value and cost savings. They intend to take advantage of a localized production model to minimize cross-border tariffs, reduce supply chain risks, and improve speed and cost stability.
