CHENNAI – Syrma SGS Technology reported financial results with revenue reaching $269 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, a 23% year-over-year increase. Net profit for the year came in at $20.1 million.

For the March quarter, the EMS company posted revenue of $67.4 million and net profit of $4.2 million.

Syrma said its board has approved two new wholly owned subsidiaries. These units will focus on the production of electronic components, bare and loaded PCBs and interface cards.
