BOISE, IDAHO – EETech Group has acquired Breadboard, an AI-powered supply chain automation platform, in a move set to create a new category of “intelligent procurement” for the electronics industry.

The acquisition combines EETech’s reach across 2.5 million engineering professionals with Breadboard’s ability to analyze bills of materials, identify risky components, recommend alternatives and automate supplier negotiations. Breadboard’s platform has reduced quote turnaround times by 80% and boosted win rates by 15%.
