TEMPE, AR – Benchmark Electronics reported fourth-quarter revenue of $704 million, up 7% from $657 million a year earlier, as growth in aerospace and defense and medical programs offset softness in other end markets.

For the full year, revenue reached $2.66 billion, essentially flat year over year compared with $2.66 billion in 2024, reflecting a stable demand environment despite margin and mix pressures.

Aerospace and defense revenue increased 18% year over year in the fourth quarter and 19% for the full year, becoming the company’s largest growth contributor. Medical revenue rose 23% in the quarter, while semiconductor capital equipment declined 14% year over year, continuing a multi-quarter downturn.

Benchmark guided first-quarter 2026 revenue to $655 million to $695 million, implying flat to 5% sequential growth at the midpoint.
