TEMPE, AR – Benchmark Electronics reported first-quarter revenue of $677 million, up about 7% year over year from $632 million, as improving demand across key segments supported growth.
The company cited strengthening performance in semiconductor capital equipment, along with continued momentum in advanced computing and communications and medical markets. Operating cash flow reached $47 million, with free cash flow of $29 million, as the company continued to execute on efficiency initiatives.
Benchmark raised its full-year outlook, now expecting revenue growth of 9% to 10%, up from prior expectations of mid-single-digit growth, driven by improving conditions across its business segments. For the second quarter, the company expects revenue between $700 million and $740 million.
