SAN JOSE, CA -- Sanmina reported strong third-quarter fiscal yearly results as demand for AI infrastructure and cloud computing continued to drive growth across its manufacturing business.

Sanmina reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $3 billion, exceeding analyst expectations as the company continued expanding its AI infrastructure manufacturing capabilities.

Revenue growth was driven by strength in cloud and AI infrastructure, with the communication networks and cloud AI segment increasing 173% year-over-year to $2 billion. Core Sanmina operations generated $2.4 billion in revenue, while newly acquired ZT Systems contributed $1.1 billion.

The company said integration of ZT Systems remains central to its AI growth strategy, with investments underway in power delivery, liquid cooling, automated test capacity and manufacturing automation to support next-generation accelerated computing platforms. Sanmina also highlighted continued investments in high-technology PCB manufacturing and AI server rack capabilities, while customer validation efforts with AMD and other partners continue.
