Registration for the Service Excellence Awards will open Jan. 25, 2024.

March/April 2024

The last day to register for the Service Excellence Awards is March 25, 2024.

Please contact your customers by March 25, 2024 to inform them a customer service survey will be emailed to them on or around April 2, 2024. (You will be notified when surveys are sent to your customers. Please note you have the option to send the surveys directly to your customers from your email account.)

We will email customers who don't respond right away with reminders and will update you on an ongoing basis regarding the number of responses received.

May 2024

The deadline for customers to complete the customer service survey is May 17, 2024. An independent consultant will tabulate results and create confidential reports with your survey results to be given at the time of the awards reception in October.

October 2024

The in-person Service Excellence Awards reception will take place at SMTA International in October 2024 (exact date to be announced) at the Rosemont Convention Center. Reports will be distributed to participants that week as well.
