1GHz Voltage Controlled Saw Oscillator (VCSO) uses FR5 PCB and SAW crystal technology to provide a low noise, low jitter VCSO with true SineWave output. Features -135dBc/Hz phase noise at 10KHz offset.
 
Model CVCSO-914-1000 comes in a 9 x 14 mm SMT package. It uses a +5V supply and generates a true-sinewave with +7dBm min. output power and +/- 50ppm min. APR pullability.  Has no sub-harmonics; second harmonic is -20dBc typical. Operates from -20° to +70°C.
 
Applications include PLL frequency translation, test & measurement, avionics, point-to-point, multi-point radios and telecom.
