HORSENS, DENMARK – The Insero Horsens Foundation has purchased Tagarno for an undisclosed sum.

Insero will now own 90% of the firm, and the new CEO and co-owner Søren Justesen will have a 10% ownership.

“Tagarno is an interesting company. Having existed for many years, they have developed a unique set of products and competencies that create substantial value for their customers, both individuals and industrial companies. Through our investment, we wish to realize the full potential of the company,” said Ulrik Kragh, chairman of Insero Horsens.

Tagarno expects an increase in revenue. Longtime owner and CEO Eli Tømmergaard is reportedly pleased with the investment, and is looking forward to passing on the company to Insero Horsens.

“I am proud of handing over my company to an investor, who not only believes in the business but also wants to develop it further with our skilled employees,” said Tømmergaard. He continues as advisor and board member.

Tagarno produces advanced digital magnification systems for manual inspection in electronics.
