No. 957 is a 300ºF, electrically-heated vertical conveyor oven for curing potting compounds.

Workspace dimensions measure 36” x 38” x 92”. 20KW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements heat oven chamber, while a 4200cfm, 3hp recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to workload. Features 4" insulated walls, top-mounted heating chamber, aluminized steel interior and exterior, air-operated lift door at the loading/unloading position, two access doors for the heating chamber and floor of the workspace plus eleven workload trays, each 30" wide by 14" long, supported on each side by heavy-duty roller chain driven by a ½-HP motor controlled by a variable frequency drive. Built to JIC/NEMA 12 electrical standards. Controls include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch and tower light to indicate oven status.
