VANCOUVER, BC -- Northstar reported second-quarter revenues of $879,565, up 64.9% from a year ago. The company's net loss was $300,905, down 6.3% from a net loss of $321,114 in 2008.

During the quarter, the company ramped programs on the P3 aircraft outer Wing Box refurbishment contract for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and commenced work on the $2.5M L3 MAPPS Communications contract for mechanical control consoles for the Canadian Patrol Frigate upgrade program.

Expansions to the P3 and a specialized sonar project for Lockheed Martin are anticipated.
