SMYRNA, GA -- Circuits Assembly is accepting entries for the 18th annual Service Excellence Awards until Dec. 4.

The SEAs honor EMS providers that excel in the critical area of customer service. All participants receive a custom report that includes candid feedback from their customers and shows how they measure up to competitors.

How does it work?

After you register, you will receive a survey link to provide a list of your best customers. We survey them to determine their level of satisfaction (all names are kept confidential.) After the scores are totaled, the highest-ranked companies will be presented awards during Apex 2010 in Las Vegas.
Your customers are surveyed to determine satisfaction in various categories, including:

· Dependability/timely delivery. Save
· Ease of use.
· Manufacturing quality.
· Responsiveness to requests and changes.
· Technology.
· Value for the price.

All customer responses and ratings are tabulated by a third party and provided in a confidential report to the participating company. None of this information is provided to other parties or participants.

EMS Categories:

EMS providers compete in four categories: under $20 million; $20 million to $100 million; $101 million to $500 million, and over $500 million. The top-scoring company in each category will be recognized, but awards will also be given to those who score highest in the individual categories (e.g., Dependability/timely delivery, etc.). To be eligible for the EMS category, entrants must have a minimum three years performing EMS work. (Entrants for other categories have no minimum experience requirements.)
