METUCHEN, NJ -- EMS firm Powerspec has leased a 9,000 sq. ft. property in Somerville, NJ, a local realtor announced.

The company plans to use the site for manufacturing and distribution, the realtor said.

No financial terms were disclosed.

Powerspec currently operates a factory about 16 miles away in Metuchen, NJ.
