BILLINGSTAD, NORWAY -- Kitron shareholder Sievi Capital has sold its 33% stake in the EMS company, according to reports.

The Sievi, Finland-based investment group reportedly sold its stake for EUR 32 million ($36 million).

Sievi had held some 57 million shares of the company since 2010.
