The material set combinations include paste, tacky flux, cored wire, and wave soldering flux that are tested with one another to achieve greater reliability. “A great deal of trial and error can occur when selecting products for specific electronics assembly processes, and reliability is a critical issue for our customers,” said Kurt Graulich, District Sales Manager.
