Aqube HY7 hybrid cleaning system is pre-equipped for extended water management and is smart factory ready.

Is a three-tank configuration with three separate circuits; can operate with two different detergents to deliver safe cleaning of PCBs, hybrids, stencils, screens, misprints, solder frames, carriers, and magazines. Operates a fully automatic process: cleaning; MediumWipe; rinsing with tap water; rinsing with DI water; drying, and closed-loop water processing. Capacity is 540 eurocards, two 520 x 520mm stencils, or 7 to 10 solder carriers. Provides vertical and horizontal fourfold surround spray rotors system and VMH TurboDigital evaporative drying. Process chamber dimensions are 700 x 720 x 710mm.
