FX-942UV automated optical inspection (ACI) system inspects conformal coatings for quality, consistency and thickness under UV lighting with the use of proprietary inspection algorithms.
Provides inline dual-sided, optical inspection (1 top-down, 4 bottom-up cameras) for conformal coating and parts. Offers four optional side viewing cameras, 100mm clearance for tall components, traceability, and optional thickness measurement. Configurable for several line positions. Offline programming. Bi-directional communication with Asymtek SL-940.
