Jabil Posts Q2 Net Revenue Up 19.4%

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Jabil Circuit reported preliminary fiscal 2015 second quarter net revenue of $4.3 billion, up 19.4% year-over-year.
GAAP net income for the period was $52 million, compared to a net loss of $38.7 million in the prior-year quarter.
GAAP operating income was $124.9 million, up from $3.6 million in the 2014 fiscal second quarter.
Electronics Manufacturing Services delivered $2.6 billion in revenue for the fiscal 2015 second quarter, while Diversified Manufacturing Services accounted for $1.7 billion of revenue.
The electronics manufacturer expects fiscal third quarter net revenue of $4.35 billion to $4.55 billion.
