DETROIT -- BEST has opened a center in the Detroit area, where it will offer training on IPC standards.

The new center is aimed at servicing Cleveland, Toledo, Toronto and Northeast Indiana.

BEST will be instructing students in IPC A-610, A-620 J-STD-001, IPC-7711/21, and in soldering, the company said.
