EDINA, MN – Hanju Oh from the Georgia Institute of Technology has received the 2015 Charles Hutchins Educational Grant, the SMTA announced.

Hanju Oh received the grant based on his project “A Three-Dimensional Packaging Platform with Integrated Microfluidic Cooling.”

Oh will accept his award at this year’s SMTAI. The grant comes with a $5,000 award for use toward completion of an engineering degree.

CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY is a cosponsor of the grant, which is named for the late Charles Hutchins, a former president of SMTA.
