LINDSAY, ONTARIO, CANADA -- Spectron Electronics, an EMS provider based here, has closed and will be auctioned.

After a 20-plus year run, the firm shut its doors last on May 18, a company representative told CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY.

Spectron was founded in 1994 and specialized in printed circuit board assembly and other electronic manufacturing services such as board and circuit design. It operated from an 8,400 sq. ft. factory in Lindsay, Ontario.
