VALENCIA, CA – Flex has sold its high-mix microelectronics business unit in Valencia to NeoTech (Natel Engineering).

Valencia supports complex, high-reliability products serving the medical and aerospace and defense markets. The 140,000 sq. ft. site has three SMT lines and estimated revenues in the range of $50 million a year. Flex acquired the former Stellar Microelectronics site in May 2012.

No financial terms were disclosed.
