BILLINGSTAD, NORWAY -- A major investor in Northern European EMS companies has taken a 10% stake in Kitron ASA.

Creades AB, a Stockholm-based publicly traded investment company, has accumulated 17.6 million shares in Kitron. That's good for a 10% ownership of the EMS company's outstanding shares.

Creades also owns 16% of Note AB, making it the largest holder in that EMS company. Note had 2015 sales of about $132 million.

Creades' typical investment is in small- and medium-sized listed and unlisted Swedish companies.
