NEENAH, WI – Plexus reported fiscal third quarter revenue of $618.8 million, down 7.3% year-over-year and up 2.4% sequentially.

For the period ended July 1, net income was $25.6 million, down 2% compared to the same quarter in 2016, and a 12.7% sequential decrease. Operating income was $29.5 million, down 4.7% year-over-year and 9.5% sequentially.

During the fiscal third quarter, Plexus won 32 manufacturing solutions programs, representing approximately $220 million in annualized revenue when fully ramped into production.

The electronics manufacturer expects fiscal fourth quarter revenue between $660 million and $700 million.
