DENVER -- SlingShot Assembly has acquired fellow EMS provider BEI Electronics of Franksville, WI.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Both companies specialize in prototype assembly and mid-volume PCB assembly, and both facilities will remain in operation.

The owners of BEI Electronics will remian involved in the operation. Kevin Rafferty will remain vice president and Bill Rafferty will assist with the integration with SlingShot for one year.

“Our customers get the best of both worlds now in PCB and product assembly services,” said Kevin Ryan, president, SlingShot Assembly and BEI Electronics. “We are integrating the services of both companies to give customers a seamless and efficient experience while at the same time maintaining the core competencies of each business.”
