GUADALAJARA, MEXICO -- Ersa North America next month will hold grand opening for its new demo and technology center here.

Located at Av. Lopez Mateos Sur No. 1450 Int. L-7A, Col. Las Amapas, Tlajomulco de Zuniga, Jalisco, the grand opening celebration is scheduled to take place Nov. 17, and will focus on the company’s future growth in Mexico and emerging technologies for its customers.

Kurtz Ersa Mexico, Ersa’s subsidiary in Mexico, was established in 2013. Ersa has seen exponential growth in the automotive and electronics industries in Mexico, and has grown to 12 sales and service personnel. Mexico’s overall economy continues to show solid growth and diversification in the future. The 2,200 sq. ft. facility houses Ersa's complete range of soldering systems.

At the grand opening, customers will have the opportunity to tour the facilities and see live demonstrations of the company's soldering equipment.

Prior to the grand opening, process/applications engineer Joe Clure will hold technology seminars on Nov. 15 and Nov 16. The focus of the seminar will be based on improved topside hole-fill and cycle time for selective soldering. Denis Jean, technology manager for Kester Solder, will give a presentation about flux selection for selective soldering and reliability for PCB with flux under components.Ersa web
