Valor Information Highway software provides accurate, real-time access to warehouse and shop floor information, available in the highest level of detail. Reportedly does not require complex integration or customization. Provides a single consistent source of data, live and on-demand, representing the entire integrated shop floor environment, from engineering and planning to performance, materials, tracking and quality information. Tracks where parts are, volumes, types, and formats (tray, tape and reel, etc.). Works in concert with VManage and other Valor tools, as well as SAP, Oracle and other common ERP suites.

Ersa CAD Assistant 3D solder program editor provides offline machine program generation. Is built according to specific equipment configurations. Clearly displays data set for CNC axis systems in a table. Plausibility check prevents errors from occurring during program creation. Both CAD files of PCBs (.dxf and .step) and image files (.jpg and .bmp) can be used as basis in the program generation. All movements of the fluxer axis and solder bath axis are graphically entered on the image of the board, after which process data are added. Program files can be verified with 3D visualization and used immediately in the selective soldering machine. Modifications entered with the program editor RSAOSFT also are graphically visible with CAD Assistant 3D.

XT-6 x-ray inspection machine features hexapod-manipulator for detailed, extreme x-ray transmission angles. Inspects electronic components, double-sided PCBs, complete modules, casting parts and medical implants. Can be equipped with an automatic load/unload or for CT configuration.
