TOKYO, JAPAN – SIIX reported full-year 2025 revenue of $1.9 billion, down 4.2% year over year, while operating profit rose 3.4% to $59.3 million and ordinary profit increased 11.4% to $61.3 million. Profit attributable to owners of the parent fell 33.7% to $16.7 million.

OSLO, NORWAY – Kitron reported fourth-quarter revenue of $252.5 million, up 46% from $173.5 million in the same period last year, driven by strong demand in the defence/aerospace market sector. Operating profit (EBIT) rose to $24.3 million from $12.8 million.

FONTENAY-AUX-ROSES, FRANCE – Icape reported consolidated 2025 revenue of $219.4 million, up 11.5% year over year, marking a return to growth after a 2.2% decline in 2024. Organic growth reached 1.8% for the year, or 5.1% excluding currency effects, as US dollar depreciation weighed on reported results.

PARIS, FRANCE – Lacroix reported 2025 consolidated revenue of $483.8 million, down 6.5% year over year on a like-for-like basis, as softer demand in its electronics segment offset continued expansion in its environment business. The company returned to growth in the fourth quarter, with revenue rising 0.9% to $119.8 million.
