LOUISVILLE, KY – Sypris Electronics posted revenue of $10.6 million in the third quarter ended Oct. 4, up 39.5% year-over-year.

SAN JOSE, CA – Flex has entered into an agreement to acquire Wink, a smart home platform provider. The acquisition is expected to close this month and is subject to customary closing conditions. No financial terms were disclosed.
