HIALEAH, FL -- Electronics manufacturing services provider
Simclar Inc. will delay filing its quarterly 10-Q report for the quarter ended June 30, due to potentially significant problems arising as a result of the implementation of a new ERP software system within its Mexico subsidiary.
In a press release, the company said it is investigating but "confident that the problems are confined to the second quarter" and do not materially affect results for any previous period.

Radiation Monitoring Devices Inc. (RMD Instruments LLC) for $20 million. RMD's revenues for the 12 months ended June 30 were approximately $22.5 million with pretax profits of $3 million.
