LEICESTERSHIRE, UK -- HK Wentworth Group today announced the acquisition of Dancap Electronics, a UK-based distributor. HK Wentworth said the deal will help it expand in the UK.

Dancap distributes Hakko soldering equipment in the UK, while HK Wentworth is an authorized Hakko distributor in Australia and New Zealand.

Terms were not disclosed.

In a press statement, Ron Jakeman, managing director, HK Wentworth, said, “Dancap Electronics provides an exciting opportunity for HK Wentworth.
