BRONSCHHOFEN, SWITZERLAND – The Cicor Group has completed its acquisition of MADES S.A.U., a Málaga-based electronics manufacturer formerly owned by the Latecoere Group.

MAPLE GROVE, MN – Circuit Check has acquired Solution Sources Programming (SSP), a Silicon Valley-based provider of integrated test and programming solutions. The acquisition builds Circuit Check’s portfolio, combining its fixture design capabilities with SSP’s expertise in Design for Test (DFT), Boundary Scan, In-Circuit Test (ICT) and device programming.

WASHINGTON – The Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) has reported a strong second quarter for global semiconductor sales, totaling $179.7 billion, up 7.8% from the first quarter.
