SANTA CLARA, CA – Hunter Technology has acquired the equipment and inventory assets of NBS Design, the firm says.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Hunter Technology specializes in customer collaboration on the design and development of integrated RF solutions, and provides electronics manufacturing services for defense, aerospace, industrial, and medical OEMs.
