Natel Acquires EPIC Technologies

CHATSWORTH, CA – Natel Engineering Co. has completed the acquisition of EPIC Technologies.
Natel is a microelectronics manufacturer serving the military, aerospace, telecommunication and medical industries.
EPIC specializes in high-mix, low-to-medium volume electronics manufacturing.
No financial terms were disclosed.
