TARM, DENMARK – GPV signed an agreement to acquire fellow EMS company CCS for some $121.3 million on a debt-free basis.
WATERBURY, CT – Effective Jan. 1, MacDermid Performance Solutions will combine its Alpha Assembly Solutions and MacDermid Enthone Electronics Solutions business units. The combined MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions business will have annual revenues of $1.2 billion.
EINDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS – Neways Electronics reported third quarter net revenue of €126 million (US$142.6 million), an increase of 16% year-over-year.
LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES – Integrated Micro-Electronics reported revenues up 27% year-over-year in the first nine months of 2018. Its core business in Europe, Asia, and Mexico recorded $780 million in revenues.
SIEVI, FINLAND – Scanfil reported third quarter revenue of €131.5 million (US$149.2 million), up 0.54% year-over-year.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Benchmark Electronics reported third quarter net sales of $641 million, up 4.9% year-over-year and down 3% sequentially.
