NEEDHAM, MA – The downward spiral for PC shipments continued during the third quarter, as global volumes declined 7.6% year over year with 68.2 million PCs shipped, according to preliminary results from IDC's Worldwide Quarterly Personal Computing Device Tracker.

MALMO, SWEDEN -- Scanfil today lowered its 2023 full year revenue outlook, stating that while overall demand is "significantly higher" than in 2022, the electronics manufacturing services company sees a "slight softening" in the market driven by customers destocking as supply chain challenges have faded.
