CRANSTON, RI – AIM Solder's UK unit has acquired Summit Solder Products, a fellow UK-based solder manufacturer.

LOS ANGELES – Ducommun's DLT segment reported net revenue for the third quarter of $106.8 million, up 3.2% year-over-year. The higher revenue reflected a 43.7% increase in commercial aerospace electronics revenue.

SAN JOSE – Sanmina reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $1.69 billion, up 12% year-over-year. GAAP net income for the period ended Sept. 27 was $132.5 million, up 241.5% compared to the prior-year period.
