SENECA, PA – The Matric Group, parent of EMS companies Matric and Dynamic Manufacturing, and R2J Technologies have acquired MLS Electrosystem, a manufacturer of blade pitch control systems for utility grade wind turbines.

The firm will be renamed Windurance LLC.
