NELSON, BC – Contract assembler Pacific Insight Electronics reported fiscal second-quarter sales of $7.41 million, essentially flat with last year.

For the quarter ended Dec. 31, net income fell by half to $23,000.

Sales for the company’s fiscal first half were $13.1 million, down from $14.8 million a year earlier.

Pacific Insight builds electronics for the automotive, heavy truck and specialty markets.
