PERRYSBURG, OH – IMCO Group acquired EMT Electronics Manufacturing Technologies for up to NIS 7 million (US$2.14 million). NIS 4 million will be paid at closing, with an additional NIS 3 million subject to future profit.
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – TT Electronics will close its film resister manufacturing facility here in August and lay off 73 employees, according to reports. The layoffs are scheduled to begin Aug. 16 and continue through Aug. 29.
SCHAFFHAUSEN, SWITZERLAND – TE Connectivity has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ERNI Group. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the current quarter, following the receipt of customary regulatory approvals. No financial terms were disclosed.
