ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Jabil reported fiscal fourth quarter net revenue of $7.4 billion, up 1.5% year-over-year.
SAINT-HERBLAIN, FRANCE – Lacroix Electronics reported revenues grew 38.6% year-over-year to €167.8 million in the first half of 2021. Despite a half-year marked by component shortages and persistent weakness in the aeronautics sector, electronics unit sales were 0.8% higher than the comparable pre-crisis period (from the beginning of January to the end of June in 2019).
WASHINGTON – In 2021, semiconductors helped steady a world wobbled by Covid-19, but while the semiconductor industry has achieved great successes this year, it also faces significant challenges.
